We want you to be completely satisfied with your craftsmanship and gear; if you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear and unused accessories. Please note that custom repair services are non-refundable once the work has been completed to your specifications.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the boots are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
