How do I send my boots to you for repair?
Once you place your order online, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply pack your boots securely, attach the label, and drop them off at any authorized courier location.
What is the typical turnaround time for a repair?
Most standard repairs, such as resoling or heel replacement, take between 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your footwear at our workshop.
Do you use original manufacturer materials?
We stock a wide range of premium materials, including Vibram soles and high-grade leathers. While we aim for an exact match, we prioritize the highest quality components that often exceed original factory specifications.
Can you repair boots that have been worked on by another cobbler?
Yes, we can often correct previous poor-quality repairs. However, we recommend sending us photos via our contact form first so our master cobblers can assess the structural integrity of the boots.
What happens if my boots cannot be repaired?
If our team determines that your boots are beyond safe or aesthetic repair, we will contact you immediately to discuss options and provide a full refund minus the initial shipping costs.
Is there a warranty on the repair work?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 6-month warranty on all repair work, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear conditions.
